Terms of Service
Welcome to BeeKay Rotti! We are dedicated to bringing the authentic flavors of Kerala straight to your doorstep. To ensure your rotis remain soft and your curries arrive piping hot, please review our delivery guidelines below.
1. Delivery Areas & Timing
We currently offer delivery services within 15 KM from our Location.
Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 1 hour of being placed, depending on your location and traffic conditions.
Operating Hours: Our delivery team is active from 8AM to 8 PM, daily.
2. Order Processing
Every dish at BeeKay Rotti is prepared fresh to order.
Bulk orders must be communicated 24 hours prior.
Daily Meals: Prepared and dispatched immediately to maintain hygiene and taste.
Family Packs (3+ pax): We recommend ordering at least 1 hours] in advance to ensure our kitchen can give your large meal the attention it deserves.
Event Catering (10+ pax): For large functions and parties, please place your order at least 24 to 48 hours in advance. This allows us to source the freshest ingredients and coordinate specialized transport.
3. Shipping Charges
We strive to keep our delivery fees transparent and fair:
Standard Delivery: A flat fee of Rs.50 applies to orders within a 5 KM radius.
Distance-Based Fees: Orders outside our primary radius may incur an additional delivery charge based on distance.
Rs.6/KM after the first 5 KM.
Free Delivery: We offer free delivery on all orders over Rs.5000.
4. Packaging & Food Safety
Hygiene and consistency are our top priorities.
All rotis (Ragi, Jowar, Millet, Parotta, etc.) are packed in food-grade, heat-retaining materials to keep them soft.
Curries and Biryanis are sealed in spill-proof containers to ensure they arrive exactly as they left our kitchen.
5. Large Scale & Event Delivery
For our Event Catering, we use specialized transport to ensure that large quantities of food (including Sadya meals and bulk Parottas) remain at the optimal temperature and are presented beautifully upon arrival.
6. Order Tracking & Support
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification via WhatsApp.
If you need to update your delivery address or check the status of a late delivery, please contact our support team at [Insert Phone Number].
7. Cancellations & Non-Delivery
Address Accuracy: Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct. If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or an unreachable customer, the order will still be charged.
Cancellations: Standard orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement. Catering orders must be cancelled at least 20 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time for a full refund.
