2. Family Pack & Event Orders
All Family Pack and Event Package orders must be confirmed via phone call after placing the request.

3. Advance Booking
Family Pack and Event orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability and proper preparation.

4. Delivery Conditions
